Dr. Lekshmi V.S.
Dr. V. S. Lekshmi is working as assistant professor, S.N. College for Women, Kollam. She has nine years teaching experience to her credit.
Dr.V.S. Lekshmi did her research for M.Phil. in Manuscript Library, University of Kerala, on ‘Kaivalya Navaneetham Kilippattu-A Critical Study’ and continued the research for doctoral programme there. ‘Vaisakha Mahatmyam Kilippattu Samsodhita Samskaranavum Patanavum’ was the topic for Ph.D.. She got the doctoral degree in 2009. Afterwards she started her career as a lecturer; and served in various colleges under S.N. management in and around Kollam. Dr.Lekshmi’s areas of specialization are: i) Manuscriptology and Textual Criticism ii) Folklore iii) Prose Literature.
PUBLICATIONS:
Dr. V.S. Lekshmi published many research articles in regional and national research journals such as ‘Poli’, Pracheena Kairali’, ‘Academic Spectrum’, ‘Thudi’, ‘Jnanabhoomi’, ‘Holistic Thought Multidisciplinary Biannual Journal’, ‘Misbah’, etc.
